Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Trendys (https://trendys.io, the “Service”), provided by Trendys. By registering or using the Service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What the Service does
The Service helps short-form video creators: it finds trending videos, provides AI analysis, adapts scripts and copy, shows analytics for connected accounts, publishes content, and automatically replies in Instagram Direct to comments and messages that contain keywords defined by the user.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or are lawfully authorized to manage.
3. Tokens and payments
Paid features consume tokens. Tokens are credited by plan or purchase; prices are shown in the Service. Plan duration and token expiry are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by YooKassa. Refunds are handled as required by law upon request to support@trendys.io.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or use automations for deception, phishing or selling prohibited goods;
- violate the Instagram Terms of Use, TikTok rules or Meta Platform Terms;
- circumvent platform limits (the 24-hour window, message limits) or present automated replies as human conversation where this is misleading;
- infringe third-party rights, including copyright, or data protection laws;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Service or disrupt it.
You are responsible for the content of your automations and the links your followers receive, including the lawfulness of your lead magnets and informing your audience about data processing.
5. Third-party platforms
Instagram and TikTok features depend on their APIs and policies, which may change or restrict access. We are not liable for such changes, for account restrictions imposed by the platforms, or for messages the platforms fail to deliver. You can disconnect a social account in the Service or revoke access in the platform’s settings at any time.
6. Content and rights
You keep all rights to your content and grant the Service the right to process it as needed to provide its features. AI analysis and generated content are provided “as is” and should be reviewed by you. Public videos of other creators are shown for analysis; respect their copyright.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, in particular for spam sent through automations.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Questions: support@trendys.io.
